Personally I love red bean paste. I first discovered laopobing during a Hong Kong trip. These Vietnamese Bánh Pia are pretty much identical, so it's been great to find someone in Australia making them. Have placed 2 orders so far and the quality has been consistent.

You can taste that the pia is freshly made, not overly sweet, never oily. Mung bean is my favourite flavour.
