This mini moon cake is custardy without the custard and creamy without the cream. It is velvety smooth and together with the golden pastry, every bite is a delicious sweet dream. Also we use 100% Australian Mung beans.

Filling: Mung Bean, Sugar, Canola Oil, Vanilla extract

Pastry: Wheat flour, Golden Syrup, Canola Oil, Lye Water, Egg Wash, Sodium Carbonate.

I really like the flavour of the mung bean moon cake. The texture is nice and firm, almost crumbly until it's in your mouth. An instant and forever favourite.

Small but delicious!

Beautifully made, cake designs cute and the inside smooth and yummy. Sweetness just right with a hot cuppa. The size is good as a treat for oneself or to share with someone special.
