Lovely red bean filling, not too sweet. I ordered the one in Pia pastry too and wished I had bought more, the pastry was flaky and buttery soft.

Mini moon cake red bean

I love red bean mooncakes. I would have preferred for the red bean to be more moist , but the red bean was a bit dry..but taste good.
For next time, please make it moist. Thank you.
