Our Red Jade Australia Banh Pia Cake is a modern adaptation of these different recipes and techniques used in these traditional cake-making process. The result is our Banh Pia Cake, a delicious buttery, soft layered pastry (not crumbly), encrusted with a soft moist mung bean filling in Pandan flavours. The authentic pandan flavour is derived from juice crushed from fresh pandan leaves.

INGREDIENTS:
Sugar, Mung Bean (27%), Canola Oil, Pandan Juice, Pandan Flavocol, Wheat Flour, Water, Margerine Butter (aka Animal Fats) and Vegetable Oil, Emulsifiers (471, 322 Soy, 492, 435), Acidity Regulators (331, 330), Antioxidant (307b), Colour (160a), Butter (Milk), Whole Milk Powder, Vanilla Flavour, Decoratinng (Colour (124)), Egg Wash.
