Our Red Jade Australia Pia Cake is a modern adaptation of these different recipes and techniques used in these traditional cake-making process. The result is our Pia Cake, a delicious buttery, soft layered pastry (not crumbly), encrusted with a soft moist mung bean filling in Pandan flavours.

Good texture and taste. Very quality moon cake to try them. Less Oily compared with other moon cake in the market. Nice combination flavours.

Absolutely delicious! Flaky pastry layers and super yummy filling. Wasn’t too sweet. Loved it. Can’t wait to reorder when it’s restocked.
